I happened across a box of XO Baking Gluten Free Brownie Mix and decided to try it. The best brownies I have ever eaten, Couldn’t believe this was a gluten free product. Then I found a gluten free zucchini bread mix and decided to try it. Oh my goodness, just made it the yesterday and it is delicious, it came out so moist. So excited to find a product that is not only gluten free, but also dairy free and soy free. I am always on the lookout for this product. I am looking forward to trying some of your other baking options like the pie crust.
